Should I pay this much for a trade between my car and this car?

I own a 2008 cadillac cts with 50,000 miles on it and it has sunroof heated seats xm radio and leather. I want to buy this 2008 yukon Denali it has 78,000 miles on it but has all the things that you can put on a yukon inside it, reverse camera two screens wood grain everything heated seats and a sunroof. Is paying 8,000 dollars a good trade difference here or would I be getting screwed?
