Some Genealogy questions?

I know I'm going to get different opinions. I heard that people who have blonde hair and blue eyes are of Nordic and Germanic blood or decent and Celts have red hair, green eyes. My family descend from Eastern Britain and my family members have Brown/Dark Hair and Brown/Dark Eyes. Studying from the family tree we descend from were the Vikings and Saxons settled, but my appearance doesn't fit the criteria.
