We bought a 12 pound turkey and want to do it on the charcoal grill tomorrow. How long would you recommend we grill the turkey? What would you recommend for basting it? It's going to be a warm day tomorrow, so grilling outside is a must. Don't want to heat up the house. We bought some nice Yukon gold potatoes to put on skewers just before the turkey is done and have some fresh green beans from the garden. Now, I must have everyone drooling???
