Help! I think I have super sperm!!?

I have been with my girlfriend for 3 weeks, and she is the love of my life. We are going to get married soon in Las Vegas after my grandmother dies and I collect the $2million inheritance. Yesterday I found out she is four months pregnant, how is this possible? She told me I must have super sperm. That makes sense but I am not sure how it works. Help!!
