What do you serve with a grilled steak?

We will be grilling steak tomorrow night. We usually have baked or mashed potatoes and a green salad with the steak. I am looking for some new ideas and menu plans. I do have a large bag of golden yukon potatoes I purchased at Costco that I really need to make use of. Suggestions and recipes most appreciated.
