I'm having a panic attack?

I'm having a panic attack right now and my mom is out running errands and my dad is working and my grandmother is doing jury duty. my mom lost find her cell phone a week ago and she has the medicine i need with her. i don't know what to do. i don't know when she'll be home and my dad won't be home til a lot later. Can someone just talk to me or something so I can end this panic attack? I'm 16 if it helps.
